Is Binster a bin reminder app?
No. Binster is a done-for-you physical service. We don't just tell you when bin day is — our local crew comes to your property, wheels your bins out to the kerb before council collection and brings them back in afterwards. You never touch your bins.
Which Brisbane suburbs do you cover?
We cover 40+ inner and middle-ring suburbs across BCC, Logan, Moreton Bay and Ipswich. Pop your postcode in above to confirm — if we're not there yet you can join the waitlist and we'll prioritise your street.
How much does it cost?
Standard is $40/month (that's $10/week) and Deluxe is $48/month ($12/week), billed monthly. Your first 2 weeks are FREE, then your normal plan price applies. No joining fee.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There's no contract and no exit fee — cancel any time from your dashboard and you won't be billed again.
How do I cancel?
Log in, open your account page and tap Cancel. It takes about 10 seconds and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What if my bin night falls on a public holiday?
We follow your council's adjusted schedule automatically — no need to message us when Anzac Day rolls around.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Just leave your bins accessible (driveway, side gate, etc.). We'll send a photo once they're out and once they're back.
What happens if you miss my bin?
Tell us and we'll fix it the same day where we can, or credit that week's service. Every job is GPS and photo verified so we know exactly what happened.
Can I pause when I'm on holiday?
Yes — tap 'Hold' in your online account for up to 8 weeks at a time. You won't be charged while paused.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same platform used by Amazon and Xero. We never see or store your card details.
