What a Binster run involves

  • Put customer bins out before council collection
  • Return bins after collection
  • Follow the run route provided
  • Complete accepted runs reliably and on time
  • Provide proof of service when required
  • Report issues through the Binster system
  • Treat customers and their property respectfully
  • Follow Binster safety procedures

How it works

  1. 1Apply to become a Binster Hero.
  2. 2Tell us the areas you can service and your availability.
  3. 3Complete your Binster Hero onboarding and verification.
  4. 4When opportunities become available in your area, eligible Binster Heroes can be offered available Binster runs.
  5. 5Complete the assigned run and submit the required proof of service.
  6. 6Receive payment according to the applicable contractor arrangement.
